2. REGISTRATION AND FREE CONTENT

Users can register for free on the https://www.plus.canvas-for-you.com platform. Registration requires the following information:

- Username
- Password
- Full name
- Display name on the platform
- City and country
2.2. ACCESS TO FREE CONTENT
Registered users can access free content provided by CANVAS FOR YOU® without a time limit. However, the Company reserves the right to restrict, modify, or remove free content at any time, without prior notice. The user acknowledges that such modifications do not create any right to claims or compensation.
2.3. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any actions taken under their account.
3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
3.1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Users can purchase materials, tools, workshops, and plans through the Website.
3.2. PAYMENT PROCESSING
- Payments are securely processed through PayPal, redirecting users to the PayPal platform to complete the transaction.

3.3. ACCESS TO PURCHASED CONTENT
Access to purchased content is enabled within 24 hours of purchase. During this period, the user may notify CANVAS FOR YOU® to request a cancellation and obtain a full refund.
3.4. CANCELLATION PROCESS
To request a cancellation, the user must send an email to info@canvas-for-you.com within 24 hours of purchase, providing their full name, email address, and order details.
3.5. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS
CANVAS FOR YOU® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order within the 24-hour period, without needing to provide a justification. In such cases, the user will receive a full refund.
3.6. NO-REFUND POLICY AFTER ACCESS
Once access to the purchased content has been enabled, no refunds will be granted. By completing a purchase, the user agrees to this condition.
3.7. LOSS OF ACCESS
Users have 30 calendar days to access purchased content. After this period, access expires, and the user will need to repurchase it.
4. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

CANVAS FOR YOU® may apply temporary or indefinite restrictions without being obligated to justify its decision.
4.4. IMPACT ON PURCHASED CONTENT
Users whose accounts are suspended or terminated will lose access to their purchased content. The use of downloaded material after suspension will be considered a violation of the CFY L1 or L3 licenses and may lead to legal action.
5. USE RESTRICTIONS
5.1. LICENSE AGREEMENTS
All material is subject to the following applicable licenses:
- CFY L1 License: For non-commercial use in professional-client relationships.
- CFY L3 License: For shared use under specific conditions.
5.2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- Sharing, redistributing, or modifying materials without authorization.
- Unauthorized use in events, training sessions, or public presentations.

User data is stored in the CANVAS FOR YOU® database, managed through MailChimp.
6.2. RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF COMMUNICATIONS
Users can unsubscribe from communications at any time.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
