Welcome to the CANVAS FOR YOU® Terms of Use. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of our tools, materials, and intellectual property. These terms include the CFY L1 License (for professional use with clients) and the CFY L3 License (for limited sharing with colleagues under specific conditions). By accessing, using, or distributing any materials provided by CANVAS FOR YOU®, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. PURPOSE
These Terms of Use establish the legal framework for the use of tools, materials, and resources provided by CANVAS FOR YOU® (the “Licensor”). They define the rights, obligations, and restrictions for all users (the “Licensee”) under two specific licenses:
- CFY L1 License: For non-commercial use in direct professional-client relationships.
- CFY L3 License: For limited sharing with colleagues under specific conditions.
1.2. DEFINITIONS
- Materials: Tools, guides, models, methodologies, frameworks, presentations, and any intellectual property developed by CANVAS FOR YOU®.
- Licensor: CANVAS FOR YOU®, the exclusive owner of the Materials.
- Licensee: An authorized user of the Materials under the CFY L1 or CFY L3 License.
1.3. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by:
- Spanish Law: Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 (Intellectual Property Law) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services.
- European Union Law: Directive 2001/29/EC and GDPR.
- International Treaties: Berne Convention, TRIPS Agreement, and WIPO Copyright Treaty.
Any dispute shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
1.4. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
CANVAS FOR YOU® reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation. Reasons for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Unethical or inappropriate conduct.
- Any action deemed unsuitable by CANVAS FOR YOU®.
Users whose accounts are terminated will lose access to all purchased content. The use of downloaded materials after termination constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.
2. CFY L1 LICENSE
2.1. AUTHORIZED USE
The Materials may only be used in direct professional-client interactions, such as coaching or consulting sessions. The Licensee must use the Materials in accordance with their original purpose, without modification or redistribution.
2.2. RESTRICTIONS
- No Sharing: Sharing the Materials publicly (on social media, websites, or blogs) or privately in organizational meetings or team collaborations is not permitted.
- No Reproduction: Copying, replicating, or adapting the Materials without written authorization is prohibited.
- No Training Others: The Licensee may not teach, train, or instruct others in the use of the Materials.
2.3. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE
Violations may result in:
- Immediate revocation of the License.
- Legal action, including claims for damages.
- Permanent exclusion from future access to CANVAS FOR YOU® resources.
3. CFY L3 LICENSE
3.1. AUTHORIZED USE
The Materials may be shared with colleagues under the following conditions:
- Attribution must be given to CANVAS FOR YOU®.
- On social media, the official account (@canvasforyou) must be tagged, and a link to https://canvas-for-you.com must be included.
- The Materials may not be modified, altered, or commercialized.
3.2. RESTRICTIONS
- No Public Distribution: Sharing the Materials on websites, blogs, or public platforms without express authorization is not permitted.
- No Derivative Works: Developing new tools, methods, or products based on the Materials is not permitted.
3.3. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE
Violations may result in:
- Revocation of the License.
- Legal and financial penalties.
- Permanent restriction of access to CANVAS FOR YOU®.
4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
4.1. ACCESS TO PURCHASED CONTENT
Access to purchased materials or workshops will be enabled within 24 hours of purchase.
4.2. CANCELLATION PROCESS
To request a cancellation, the user must send an email to info@canvas-for-you.com within 24 hours of purchase.
